Bourbon, pineapple, and ginger oh my! Usher in Spring with this tasty Bourbon-based tipple.

Whoooooooo's ready for a cocktail?! I am, I am!

And this delicious sip created by Carolyn is one I guarantee you'll be making on repeat. Personally, I'm a Bourbon drinker all year long, so mixing it with pineapple and ginger is a fun way to usher in the Spring. It's got the depth and spice that you want when it's cold out, but it's refreshing and bright so it's perfect when it's warm out, too. Plus, you can make it a mocktail simply by leaving out the booze!

I made this one for my sister's birthday celebration and let's just say we ran out of all the ingredients...

Bourbon, pineapple, and ginger oh my! Usher in Spring with this tasty Bourbon-based tipple.

Yields:

1 Drink

Ingredients:

2 oz Bourbon

3/4 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice

1 Barspoon Ginger Syrup

1 Dash of Angostura Bitters

Ginger Beer

Instructions:

Pour all ingredients except for the Ginger Beer in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a glass filled with ice. Top with about 5 oz of Ginger Beer.
