A refreshing Gin cocktail that pairs perfectly with Spring.

It's Saturday. My chores are done. The sun is peeking her pretty little head out. And I'm ready for a cocktail!

And given that a Gin Gimlet is one of my favorite cocktails on the planet, this Gimlet-like tipple created by @servedbysoberon is just what the weekend ordered! Only a few ingredients shaken together and voilà! A simple and refreshing drink that will keep you feeling all the weekend feels.

A big thanks to Matthias for this yummy recipe and beautiful photo.
