WHAT IS A GIN SOUR?

Light and frothy, a traditional Gin Sour combines sweet and citrus for a very easy sipper. In this version, the addition of chamomile and lavender gives it both a floral and herbal touch, resulting in a mixture of classic and creative that will leave you wanting more!

Floral Gin Sour

Add a beautiful floral touch to a classic Gin Sour.

Yields:

1 Drink

Ingredients:

2 oz Chamomile-infused Dry Gin

1 oz Lemon Juice

1 oz Gum Syrup

1 Egg White

2 dashes Lavender Bitters

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients in a shaker and vigorously dry shake for 15 seconds. Add ice and then shake until cold. Fine strain into a cocktail glass of your choice.

To make the chamomile-infused Gin, simply steep a chamomile teabag in your 2 oz of gin for about 2-3 minutes before making the drink.
