It's Mother's Day weekend, so you know what that means? Bubbles are in order!
And since my mom loooooves lemonade and she loooooves iced tea and she REALLY loooooves bubbly, this Arnold Palmer Mimosa from @delish has her name written all over it! Low in alcohol and super easy to make, this twist on a classic Mimosa makes for a perfect celebration cocktail!
COCKTAIL: Arnold Palmer Mojito
3 oz Iced Tea
3 oz Lemonade
3 oz Sparkling Wine of your choice*
Garnish: Lemon wedge and fresh raspberries
Pour iced tea and lemonade into a Champagne flute or wine glass and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with fresh raspberries and a lemon wedge.
*I like to use Cava in my Champage cocktails because it's made in exactly the same way that Champagne is made, but is a fraction of the cost!
