Whoooooooo's ready for a cocktail?! I am, I am!
And this gorgeous sip from @carolinaverbena is calling my name. Personally, I'm a Bourbon drinker all year long, so mixing it with pineapple and ginger is a fun way to usher in the Spring!
COCKTAIL: Back for Seconds
2 oz Bourbon
3/4 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice
1 Barspoon Ginger Syrup
1 Dash of Angostura Bitters
Garnish: Pineapple frond
Pour all ingredients except for the Ginger Beer in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a glass filled with ice. Top with about 5 oz of Ginger Beer and garnish with a pineapple frond.
