How gorgeous is this twist on a Ramos Gin Fizz from @thehomemixologist?!
I think this cocktail just might be the perfect way to usher in the weekend. Happy Friday, friends!
COCKTAIL: Ramos Violet Fizz
4 cl (1 1/4 oz) Gin
2 cl (1/2 oz) Lemon Juice
1 cl (1/4 oz) Lavender Syrup
1 Egg White
Garnish: Blossom of your choice
Add the Gin, lemon juice, lavender syrup and egg white to a shaking tin with ice. Shake vigorously and discard ice from the shaker, then shake again. Strain into your prepared glass and top with soda, but just to the rim of the glass. Let the drink sit for a moment to 'harden' the foam and then add more club soda to get a nice cylindric foam. Garnish with a blossom of your choice and enjoy!
