Grapefruit, Blood Orange & Rosemary Paloma

Elevate your classic Paloma cocktail recipe with this blood orange and rosemary twist.

Yields:

1 Drink

Ingredients:

FOR A COCKTAIL:

45 ml (1 ½ oz) Blanco Tequila

15 ml (⅕ oz) Homemade Blood Orange Liqueur*

30 ml (1 oz) Grapefruit Juice

15 ml (½ oz) Lime Juice

7.5 ml (¼  oz) Rosemary Syrup

Club Soda

Garnish: Grapefruit Slices and a Sprig of Rosemary

FOR A MOCKTAIL:

60 ml (2 oz) Grapefruit Juice

30 ml (1 oz) Lime Juice

15 ml (½  oz) Rosemary Syrup

Club Soda (Regular, Grapefruit,or Citrus-flavored all work well!)

Garnish: Grapefruit Slices and a Sprig of Rosemary

(Please note that my conversion to ounces is approximate as 1 ml = 0.03 oz.)

Instructions:

FOR BOTH A COCKTAIL AND A MOCKTAIL:

Combine all ingredients except for the club soda in the bottom of a glass of your choice and give a quick stir. Fill the glass with ice, top with club soda, and gently stir again. Garnish with a few grapefruit slices and a sprig of fresh rosemary.

Recipe Notes:

Since homemade Blood Orange Liqueur isn't something most of us have on hand, swap it out for Cointreau or any Orange Liqueur of your choice!
