The nutty sweetness of Italy’s most famous hazelnut liqueur pairs beautifully with Whiskey in this Frangelico cocktail recipe.
1 ½ oz Whiskey*
1 bar spoon Frangelico
1 bar spoon Coffee Liqueur
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice and stir until cold. Strain into a glass of your choice, with ice or without.
*Brenton used a barley-based American whiskey that I do not have, so I used barley-based Bushmills and it is a perfect substitute!
