Description
Peaches + Bourbon = Happiness! This Grilled Peach Old Fashioned is a twist on a classic that will happily take you straight from Summer into Fall.
Ingredients
- 2 ¼ oz Bourbon
- ¼ oz Demerara Syrup
- 2 Dashes Dark Walnut Bitters
- 1 Dash Peach Bitters
- Garnish: Grilled Peach Slice
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir to combine.
- Strain into a rocks glass over a large cube of ice and garnish with a grilled peach slice.
Notes
- The sugar in the peaches adds some sweetness to the Bourbon, so I used less demerara syrup in this than I do in a traditional Old Fashioned. I like a boozier, less sweet cocktail, so as always, adjust the syrup amount to suit your taste!
