A tropical, funky twist on a classic Daquiri recipe, this RAZDAQ cocktail will have you feeling alllll the island feels.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Aged Jamaican Rum
- ¼ oz Amontillado Sherry
- ¾ oz Lime Juice
- ½ oz Raspberry Syrup
- Pinch of Salt
- Garnish: Lime Wheel
Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker and then add ice.
- Shake well and double strain into a coupe glass.
- Garnish with a lime wheel.
