Ingredients
- 1 ¾ oz Irish Whiskey
- ½ oz London Dry Gin
- ¾ oz Lime juice
- ¾ oz Orgeat
- 2 dashes Mint Bitters
- Egg white
- Garnish: Rosemary sprig
Notes
- Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and dry shake without ice.
- Add ice, shake again, and pour into a coupe glass.
- Garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary.
