Description
A holiday tipple, “Southern” style! This passion fruit-forward Rum cocktail evokes Christmas vibes in the Southern Hemisphere and vacation vibes for those of us up “north.”
Ingredients

1 oz Coconut Rum

1 ½ oz Passion Fruit Liqueur

1 oz Lime Juice
-
½ oz Orgeat
-
Splash of Sparkling Wine

Garnish: Lime twist
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except the Sparkling Wine in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake until cold and strain into a coupe glass.
- Top with Sparkling Wine and garnish.
Notes
- For a tarter drink, you can substitute White Rum for Coconut Rum – both are delicious!
- You can also leave out the bubbles if you’re not a Sparkling Wine fan. It’s there more for fizz and festivity than for flavor.
