Minty fresh and oh, so pretty! This Peppermint Vodka Martini cocktail tastes like Christmas meets winter in a glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Candy Cane-Infused Vodka
- 1 ½ oz White Crème de Cacao
- ½ oz Peppermint Schnapps
- 1 Dash Angostura Bitters
- Garnish: Crushed Candy Cane Rim
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake until super cold and strain into a coupe glass rimmed with crushed candy canes.
Notes
- For reference when making the infused Vodka, we combined a full bottle of Vodka with an entire box of mini candy canes and let it infuse for a few days. This results in a strong candy cane-flavored spirit, which combined with the Schnapps makes for a very minty drink. So if you want a more subtle peppermint flavor, start with 2-3 mini candy canes per 8 ounces of Vodka — you can always add more!
