  1. Oh.My.Goodness.
You had me at chili lime since I love all Mexican food. All my Mexican recipes for fish were tacos, though, and I don’t keep all the ingredients around. But this was super easy, quick and delish! Hubs loved it, too. I was even able to bake zucchini sticks in the oven at the same time. I think I’ll pick up some cabbage and use the extra fillets I fixed for…what else but fish tacos?! Thank you, thank you!

    1. Reading this comment put the biggest smile on my face, thank you! I’m so happy you enjoyed this recipe — it’s honestly one of my favorites because it really is so easy and quick (we recently used it on chicken and it was yummy as well). I love the idea of baking zucchini sticks with it for a super healthy dinner, thanks for the inspo. And yes, yes, yes! Fish tacos ALWAYS for the win! 😄

  2. Made this last night. It was AMAZING! Loved the spice kick; the lime zest, chopped cilantro, and lime juice sent the tilapia over the moon!

  3. I made this for dinner and it was a success! It’s a little on the spicy side but my family and I all liked it. Will definitely make it again.

    1. Oh yes, it has a kick to it for sure! My mom doesn’t like a lot of spice so I coat the fish less when I make it for her. But for spice lovers like me, I layer it on thick! It’s one of those recipes you can adjust according to who you’re serving. I’m so happy you and your family enjoyed it!

  4. Delicious recipe! I like that it doesn’t call for weird ingredients but is something I can make with spices I already have at home.

    1. Haha, me too. There’s nothing like a recipe you can rely on that’s tasty without being fussy. I’m so glad this is one of those dishes for you!

  5. This dish was so fast and delicious. The fish was moist and flaky, and it was ready in no time. Thank you!

  6. I made this tonight for dinner. It was delicious. My husband wants me to make this again. I served it with fresh cooked yellow squash (done earlier), English cucumber, blue berry, strawberry, and feta cheese salad. Perfect, super quick dinner!

    1. I am SO pleased to hear this! I love this recipe for how simple and flavorful it is, and it makes me so happy it was a hit for both you and your husband. I only wish I had been invited to dinner at your house — your menu and that salad sound delicious! I love salads with fruit and I love anything with feta cheese, yum.
